The New Normal?

Suddenly it seems that life has changed for everyone in the world in a matter of days, and I must solemnly recognize that fact for both myself and my clients. One thing I have always loved doing in my career in Real Estate is acting as a mediator for those with interest in certain things, whether that be giving advice on where to find the best cocktails or connecting clients with other people in their job field they aspire to enter. However, with times being what they are with layoffs, furloughs, quarantines, sometimes these desires are overshadowed by base needs that we all have. If you find yourself in need of resources, please do not hesitate to contact me by clicking HERE and writing what resources you are seeking/in need of during this difficult time in the text box at the bottom of the form. I will be happy to assist anyone with their search for any public resources to my full extent and knowledge of the subject. As your locator, agent, and friend I am always happy to serve you in any way I can, whether that be finding your next home or helping you find your next meal in a time of hardship.

Below I have compiled a list of a few resources that I am aware of that may help in this trying time. Again, do not hesitate to reach out in the above link with any other inquiries.

Texas Unemployment

Unemployment or low employment hours are a very real thing right now that has affected me and many of my loved ones around me. No one is socioeconomically untouched by this Pandemic, so sometimes to stay afloat we need to keep our options open for state and federal aid. If you this is a resource you are interested in, just know that due to high volume the best time to get through and submit an unemployment claim is between the hours of 10pm and 8 am.
