Since many people are unaware of the process of locating I thought I’d take a moment to briefly explain what you can expect from working with a locator.
1. What I will do is after speaking to you about what you’re looking for I will pull together a list of properties meeting all your criteria and send over that list to your email.
2. From there you can sort through the list which will be complete with photos, location, average pricing, and other key factors about each apartment. To make me aware of the ones you’d like to see or get more information on, be sure and click the “Heart” icon on the ones that are of interest. If you’d prefer, you’re welcome to send me an email or a text with your favorites instead.
3. I will check exact pricing and availability on your favorites prior to our meeting, then we can meet at a coffee shop and discuss what’s available. From there we’ll go and tour the options that are meeting your budget, criteria, and time frame to ensure we’re making the process as easy and smooth as possible.
4. All that I ask is for you to write my name down as your referral in the referrals section of your application for my time (Josh Gray with Pure Apartment Locating). This is how our service stays completely FREE to you!
